I have been using functional fitness training methods for the past 4 years but Matt has really helped me progress in such a short space of time. He’s zoned in on my weaknesses, identified some bad habits and enabled me to fine tune my Olympic lifts. His programming is excellent and each strength cycle has produced excellent results. “I started with just the bootcamps and quickly got hooked. Weightlifting is something I'd never tried before, but Matt explains and demonstrates the movements and makes sure we can do them safely before we start adding weights. The workouts are always varied, which keeps me engaged in every session.
